How do I interpret the RIR and reps?
Hi everyone! Recently signed up for MacroFactor Workouts after using FitBod for a while and am a bit confused how to interpret the RIR and reps. For example, in this image for the 3rd set, it says “11-13” but is showing 10 as the reps with 2 RIR. Does this mean I do 10 and judge how many I have in reserve, or do I aim for 11-13?
Same idea for the second image, set 2 shows 6 reps but it aims for 10-12, so not sure what I should do? Thanks!
