Not quite the same

I am going through the design process for my emerald cut diamond ring. I just received a 360 design from a local jeweler and took some screenshots uploaded here. My inspiration pictures are the last 4 pictures marked with highlighted numbers. How can I explain the differences between the two to the designer (they had the original pictures). I feel like the design is close but not what I really want.
