My partner and I just finished hiking Maccu piccu with no service. We have a flight from Cusco to La Paz scheduled for tomorrow morning (May 12). We both have flights out of La Paz on May 18th. With the current protests, should we still go? Another option would be to stay in Peru until the 18th and buy new flights back, though we don’t love that option ($$$).

We had a tour scheduled for the salt flats that was cancelled. We would still love to go, though that may be unrealistic. We were also interested in visiting Lake Titicaca, but we are assuming transport there may also be impossible. Does anyone have any insights on what we could do as tourists if we do go?
