I recently recharged with Rs 899 plan which includes Jio Hotstar subcription. But when i enter Jio Hotstar (mobile/web) it requires me to buy a subscription in order to watch anything at all.

Trying to contact Jio customer care, i could never get past the bot which constantly interrupts and i never get to speak/chat with human assistant. Even their email option is so weird, you cannot type beyond one line. Does anybody face the same issue and if so how did you solve it? Please help. How does one contact the Jio people anyway? I am now wondering is Jio has became the biggest scammer of all.
