Bilt does not want to pay sign up bonus

Checked my sign up bonus spend repeatedly on Bilt Concierge which told me that I have met my spend threshold on May 6th, 2 days before the 90 days clock expired. However, I did not get the bonus till now. When I asked once again, I am being told that I have not met the spend threshold. No help from customer support. How is this even legal?
