TL;DR- Ordered first IEMs, shipment delayed, recieved broken product, faced passive aggressive customer service, three follow-ups to arrange pickup for their broken product

Since long I wanted to tried iems as I still miss the og Samsung Wired earphone experience which came with Samsung phones back in 16. For me IEMs seemed attractive as I could change their cable which is most common breaking point of wired earphones.

So I saw a deal on Audio Store for GK Kunten and Audiocular Spark DAC. I prepaid and placed the order assuming would be shipped within 24 hours. However it was not, on 2nd may I contacted them, and then my order was shipped and they explained delay was due to 1st May being government holiday. The delivery partner SHIPWAY despite recieving the shipment here in local address kept delaying and postponed delivery on 3rd and 4th where they gave reason that I had told them to reschedule it but I clearly didn't. Contacted Audio Store and complained, complained to Bluedart as well and recieved my order on 5th May.

One of IEMs didn't work straight out of box, rest was perfectly fine, no signs of damage on product itself. Contacted Audio Store on 6th May via call, and was told to share video of issue via WhatsApp on the same num. Did so and didn't hear anything back. Then today I recieved a message from them in morning regarding further clarification which I gave but didn't hear back. Contacted their support in afternoon after which they told me they'll contact me back in 20 mins. Waited for an hour, followed up, then they asked for further details for pickup.

When I confronted them about the laissez faire state of customer handling, the lady at support got passive aggressive and pointed that she had sent pickup e-mail. When I pointed out it's not normal for a pickup to take three follow-ups from customer to get it done, she said company has fixed working hours, and when I pointed that I had raised issue in same working hours, she again pointed to mail being sent to me.

Can't understand the bad Logistics, bad quality control and bad customer service. Maybe Amazon has spoilt me, but this was very bad.
