Hi all, was made aware that a domain I would like that matched one of our products is coming up and the current owner doesnt wish to renew. They've provided the date that they will switch off auto-renew on 5th August.

Does that mean at midnight on 4th I just need to search and refresh on a host provider, eg GoDaddy or whoever, to see if it comes up? will it show as available instantaneously or would I need to wait?

Really don't want to risk losing this. thanks for help
