How to get free YouTube subscribers safely? Need recommendations

Getting my channel off the ground has been way harder than I expected. I spend hours editing, and my content is solid, but YouTube barely pushes anything unless your channel already has a decent subscriber count. I can see it in my own analytics. The algorithm just doesn't take small channels seriously, which means everything I upload is basically invisible.
That's what got me looking into ways to get free YouTube subscribers. I'm not trying to fake a massive audience. I just want enough of a base that YouTube actually considers recommending my videos. Before I try anything, though, a few things I want to know:
- Are the sites offering free YouTube subscribers actually safe, or do they get your channel flagged?
- Do the subscribers come in slowly enough that it looks natural?
- Do they stick around or disappear after a few days?
