📝 Lease Term: 1-Year lease

Requirement:
- Proof of income
- Timely payments
- Clean, respectful, communicative
- Preferably adults in 20s or 30s
The Space:
- Open concept for living room/kitchen
- Wood flooring
- 3 bedrooms (2 of them are spacious, see photos)
- 2 bathrooms
- no in-unit washer/dryer (there’s a laundromat around the corner of the street)
- Furniture will be moved to new home or thrown out, but if there’s something you want to keep (that’s available), it’s yours! 😊 For example, the living room sofa 🛋️ and bookshelves in bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
- quiet, residential
- 2-7 minute walking distance to supermarkets, Target, and local restaurants
