My journey of weak foid -> strong foid begins!! Admittedly I'm not going to a gym yet, but I have some weights and I got a pull up bar. Once I have a solid home routine I'll consider going to a gym for the equipment.
Right now I am focusing on not having toothpick arms. I'm basically starting from sedentary other than walking a lot. I was lifting something heavy earlier and looked at my arms and they looked sad and emaciated. Leg day every day type shit but my arms need a LOT of work. I'm tired and exhausted but I feel really good.
I'm also making sure my protein intake is sufficient, so I will be eating 3 meals a day instead of 2 like an idiot. Getting 60g of protein in a day as a vegan feels really good. Hopefully in a few months I'll have some visible tone and be even hotter. o7
Any other women here putting down the rot and picking up the weights?
