What are you doing to keep your cardio, shot power, stick handling in shape? Skating twice a week seems to be a minimum. After taking a few weeks off the ice it seems like everything degrades very quickly.

Desert Outlaws Adult Hockey League Update!! The newest and best adult hockey league in the valley!

The league will start on 4/23. Another post with a league summary will be posted later.

Come out and lace up and play, have a beer, get to know the teams who will make up the D league.
