When I was a kid and I used to watch The Price is Right when I was home sick, i just love the different games and I didn't really think too much beyond that.

Now that I'm an adult and I'm watching it, i feel a little different about it. When I see people play games and they win something like $2,000 when they could be winning $30,000 but they stop at $2,000 because they need it so bad, it just kind of makes me sad.

I grew up super poor, but when you're a kid you don't really recognize that. But now that I'm an adult , and I see people lose these games and know how much those prizes would change their life or at least make them happy for a brief period, it just makes me sad.

I LOVE it when they win though, especially people that are so deserving (everyone except that obnoxious dude from a radio show lol).

Do you view this any differently than you did as a kid? Obviously you won't be able to answer this question if you're a new fan...
