By wolt, not my bank. Wolt when I asked said the conversion rate made the bill 45 usd for a 3875lel bill. The amount withdrawn was 55.13usd. Something like 40% over my original purchase.

Is tgis normal?

My bank charges to fees first debit purchases overseas.
