OMG Toup's...
Ate dinner there this week and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. It was like there were levels of flavor that I didn't know existed. Lambs neck lasagna, roasted shrimp, turkey necks, and my favorite, the broccoli Caesar. It was all just crazy good. Wish I could go back to try more.
