Come and get a new look at The Transparent Closet (Free for the Trans and Non-Binary Community)
Free-This Saturday and upcoming Wednesday are our last open shopping days for The Transparent Closet. We are here to help the Trans and Non-binary community walk away in clothing to help affirm their identity. We have a boutique like shopping experience set up for our shoppers. You are welcome to bring a support person as well; we are also here to help.
We have used/like new donated clothing, some new clothing and bonus items like make up, grooming, jewelry and new gender affirming undergarment which just got restocked. Each shopper get to pick out 6 pieces of clothing and one bonus item!
We are located in the side entrance of a church. We do understand the difficult relationship and trauma some may have from church experiences. We have our own entrance where you'd never be able to tell it's a church.
We are also holding a benefit dinner on May 16th to help raise funds to continue to support the community. The first benefit helped us acquire brand new gender affirming undergarments. People who've dreamt of strutting their stuff, their a runway show, which was a lot of fun last year, and we need models! Anyone who would like to help sponsor the event, that is awesome too!
