Why does Phighting have almost non-existent Asia servers?

I did join a Kowloon server before and the ping is so nice, but after that it never existed again

I need Asia servers just to actually play the game decently so I won't ever experience casting delayed abilities and dying before the skill or M1 is activated 😭

It's all US servers!!

I need tips on how to hit almost every shot as Hyperextension on phone like what level of sensitivity do I need to change on settoings and I need to know if the aiming techniques like flicking or tracking is possible to do on phone

I know he isn't meant to play on the phone, but it feels fun when I accidentally busted my phinisher on the enemy's face
