Found this little gem in my recommended. Surprised I had never seen this before. Thought I'd share it in case some of you hadn't seen it!

So I have been a PC gamer for about 20 years and also am a programmer for my career, thus I am sitting 12+ hours a day.

I have had terrible posture for years and only recently have been experiencing this pins and needles feeling in my heels.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it is in fact posture related?

I have a dr appointment next week which will involve a complete physical - I presume blood test, etc. but I doubt this is any vitamin/mineral related as I have a relatively good diet, take supplements and feel perfectly fine otherwise.

I have taken immediate action over the last week and a half to start some lower and upper body stretching and strengthening exercises which seem to help the sensation when I go and sit down after doing them but one stretch in particular seems to actually aggravate it quite a lot is the one where you sit on your butt and extend one leg out and try to touch your toes.

Anyone have any advice for me?
