Banned for Smurfing
I am writing this to appeal a "Smurfing" ban which I believe is a false positive triggered by playing at a local Internet Cafe.
The Issue: I frequently play from an internet cafe where many different players use the same computers and the same IP address daily. It seems your automated system flagged my account because the hardware (HWID) and IP are shared with multiple other FACEIT users who log in from the same cafe machines.
Request: I am a single-account player and have never used multiple accounts. I am kindly asking for a manual review of my login history. A human agent can easily verify that these logins are coming from a public internet cafe environment and not from a private multi-account setup.
I just want to get back to playing on the platform fairly. Thank you for your help.
