To those who take their dog for a walk whats the scariest walk with your dog?
My girlfriend dog sits often so i join her and meet the dogs all the time. She was house sitting for a few days during the week. I was working so i got to the house around 6:30 pm ish and she wanted to take him to the dog park around the corner.
It was night time but there were lights so not a worry in the world right? This is a huge dog park about a football field length. Heaps of obstacles and interactive dog playground stuff.
We got there and i immediately was scared because some of the lights were off so we waited in the car and decided to just be quick.
It was about 5 minutes in of letting the dog run around and there he went into the literal darkest spot of the entire dog park lol. We kept calling him as we walked towards where he went but no response (lowkey bad recall…).
We didn’t want to walk any closer so we just kept calling him. AND I SWEAR IT WENT SO SILENT AND THE FUCKIN LIGHT WE WERE UNDER SHUT OFF! Then siamotainously the dog started going crazy! So we ran to the gate knowing the dog would catch up and got the fuck outta there.
Coincidence? Most likely but the feeling and the exact moment scared the shit out of us.
