Hi friends! Just discovered there's a peri group in addition to the meno group 🎉

I almost just said I'm 38. That sums up my life right now, lol. I'm 48, uterus, mirena, .0375 E and started 100mg oral progesterone 4 weeks ago today. Nothing has helped my brain fog. I started the P to quell the increasing anxiety - which it did. But it's making me a bit low. And I already run low. I'm on wellbutrin and Zoloft. If you dealt with mood shifts when starting P, about how long did it take for you to level out emotionally, assuming you did. I know it can take 3-5 months. Just curious what others have experienced. You know, looking for some hope. Thank you all!
