If anyone is getting slow download speeds and has an HDD, disable it indisk management and your download will be at full speed.
Saw this on a subreddit the other day. I was always wondering why my download speeds was only 200 Mbps. I wasn't downloading to my HDD but after disabling it I got full download speeds. With a PC with an HDD it downloads slower whether you're downloading to the HDD or SSD. Right click on start menu. Click disk management. Right click on your HDD and click Offline
