Idk if this is the right place to ask, but I remember having a rhythm game on my android around probably 2015 or so. It allowed you to upload your own music and make your own chart for it.

I only really remember that the character in it was an anime girl in traditional clothing holding an instrument that I think was a shamisen, but you could switch to using percussion instruments as well.

The touch icons were also little cherry blossom flowers if that helps jog anyone's memory.

Edit: I just remembered there's also a story to it and she's stranded on a small island, just floating in the ocean or something like that
