Questions from a casual user
Our plans are to just take simple pictures of people who visit us for couchsurfing, and special occasions like family gatherings.
Part of the fun in such occasions is to let the kids and visitors watch the image develop.
I have read this page. Apparently the film needs 15 minutes to develop, while Instax needs 90 seconds. Also it needs 30 days to fully develop before I sleeve it.
So my question is: Do I have to follow these guidelines strictly? Or will it be ok if I let people watch it develop for 15 minutes in a normally lit room? And can I just put it in my album after a day or two, and it will be fine? The result doesn't have to be perfect, just good.
Or should I just get Instax for my needs? I really want to support a European company, and I also like the Polaroid design and large square picture format, so that's why I am leaning towards Polaroid.
