Hi, I had some time left and had this in mind over the last couple months, Its a little gel lettuce baked in olive oil( in retrospec maybe a bit to much oil)

after that i made a little sauce in the same pan (reusing the oil) with a nice balsamic vinegar( around 20yrs old) and a touch of honey.

To finish of ansjovis, salt, pepper, chili oil, parsley and just a touch of pecerino romano. Happy to hear feedback and tips!

This is my first time growing a carolina reaper( or any plant actually) do i need to trim the lower leaves like they do with fruit plants? I have zero knowlidge about plants… andy tips and advice is welcome! Ive read that i should water it as little as possible so the plant grows in a stressed state.
