Hi everyone, I got a Boss Katana 100 Gen 3 on discount to pair with my LTD EC-256. Right now, I’ve placed the amp under a side table near my desk and I play while sitting on my chair facing the monitor.

I kept the volume really low, but after about 1.5 hours my left ear started feeling fatigued and slightly numb. I already have mild tinnitus, so I want to be careful and avoid damaging my hearing further.

Could you guys suggest a better placement/setup for the amp in my room? Should I angle it differently, move it farther away, or place it somewhere else entirely? Maybe where the guitar currently sits or near the lamp angled? I will be connecting my katana to computer so it has to be nearer to desk.

Any advice from people experienced with combo amp placement in small rooms would really help.

My friend’s father got a house on rent from Uttarakhand government in Nainital on a 99 year old lease in 1990. He died in 2008 but the lease was not transferred to her mother. Her mother rented the property to a couple in 2014 but without any rent agreement due to close friendship. Now her mother was diagnosed with brain cancer and when she was in final stages of life, my friend took her mother to Haldwani with family but wanted to perform final ceremonies in their own home, so she gave 2 months notice to the tenants in March. Even post her mother passing on 9th May, the tenant refuses to vacate the property and is not picking up call. The tenant is saying she won’t leave and will threaten with legal actions if my friend changes lock or throws her stuff out.

The deed of agreement is still in her fathers name.

Please help, she is grieving and this tenant is making things worse.
