401K Rollover from Previous Employer to New Employer -- What Happens if I Leave the New Employer Before the 401K Rollover is Complete?

I'd like to rollover my 401k from a previous job to my new employer's 401k and am planning to start the process soon. However, I'm not sure how long I am going to stay at my current job. I've been looking for something else the past few months to no avail, so I may end up being here for a while.

If I start the rollover but then leave my current role, could that present any issues if I am no longer employed with the company? Or would the rollover go through?

For reference, my current employer is also a previous employer from about 5 years ago. I checked, and my previous account is still active (with a $0 balance since I moved the money out when I left years ago).

Also, are there any tips on how to process a smooth rollover?

Olderbest - Tariffs for US Customers?

I honestly have no f**king clue what is happening with the tariff grift in the US anymore, so does anyone have any experience ordering from Olderbest (UK) in the U.S.? Did you have to pay additional duties and tariffs? I've heard Bronson hasn't been an issue, but I'm curious if Olderbest is the same.

Best Place for Houseplants in the Area?

What are some of the better places for plants in the area? I'm looking for somewhere that has unique for my apartment (kokedama, etc) as well as somewhere that won't break the bank for more traditional stuff. I'm cool woth traveling a bit--I've heard Abernathy put in Loudon is great.

Favorite high-rise denim, trousers, pants?

As a short dude, I've come to the conclusion that high-rise pants are the best look for me (and they're in style now... awesome!). Does anyone have any favorite brands AND models that they recommend?

Can someone explain the Roth IRA issue with rolling over a 401k to a traditional IRA?

I'm not well versed (or versed at all) in retirements and investments, so please explain it to me like I am 5. Is this an issue that will present problems for the current year or down the line in the future?
