Hi everyone,
I have 6.9 years of experience in Production & Application Support with strong exposure to observability, monitoring and incident management.
🔧 Tools & Technologies:
- Monitoring: Grafana, Splunk, Kibana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Jenkins, Airflow
- Logging: Splunk, ELK (Kibana)
- CI/CD: Jenkins
- Workflow: Airflow
- ITSM: ServiceNow, Jira (ITIL)
- Scripting: Shell scripting
- DB & Tools: pgAdmin, DB Viewer, Postman
- Others: RDP, Linux/Windows support
Experience:
- Handling production incidents and critical issues
- Monitoring alerts and proactive issue resolution
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Log analysis and troubleshooting
- Deployment support and release coordination
- Experience working with monitoring dashboards (Grafana/Dynatrace) and alert handling
