Very confused by a mostly blank marriage record- Not sure I've seen this before
I'm doing some research into my wife's tree, and I found this rather odd marriage record fora William Bellomy in the Kentucky marriage records on Ancestry (Iink provided William Bellomy blank marriage on Ancestry It has his name on the record form, and then everything else is blank. No spouse, no dates, no signatures... It makes me wonder what happened here with this.
Was he registering and got abandoned at the office, or what?
