There’s a cat that’s lived on my road for years, he’s always been a little bit dirty but he lives in one of the homes on my road so he’s not stray. Recently he has seemed to look more dirty, and he’s started doing this with his mouth. I feared he could have a broken jaw or something else but I thought I’d ask her for help as I’m unsure if I’d be able to take him to the vets as he isn’t mine
