Hey everyone. This is my first e-scooter and it arrived yesterday.

I tried it for a bit, didn't fully discharge it as I read that it is not advised.

When I connected the charger today it was not behaving as it is supposed to.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Already went through the normal troubleshooting, checked if the port was loose or dirty, tried another power socket, tried leaving it disconnected for a while and then connect it again.
