Dosage changes/options ?

So I have been on Vyvanse for almost 6 months now, I started off at 30 mg but my dr and I decided it was too strong and I was having too many side effects but I still liked Vyvanse/felt it was working. So I have been on 20 mg for a few monfhs now, and the lower dose seemed better but I was still having too much side effects and rhen finally a few days ago I went down to 10 mg.

But since Ive been taking 10 mg I can tell it still helps me to feel a little better except its absolutely not strong enough and I can tell it wears off and I end up falling asleep or feeling like my body is made of molasses.

So I was wondering if there's options to take 15 mg pills or if it's possible to set up a prescription to be taken twice a day, like if I could take 10 mg every twelve hours or something??? And if anyone has experience similar to this

Bc i found it strange how I am so sensitive to Vyvanse even tho Im on two anxiety meds and I am very used to taking stimulants like caffeine multiple times a day for years,, but maybe it's a different aspect of the medication than the stimulant ?

And if you have similar experience did you switch to a different adhd med that worked better,, like what in the other med differed from vyvanse thaf made it work better ?

Especially the first adhd med I tried was Strattera/atomoxetine and that had too many strong side effects as well

Are these veins concerning in my feet??

my feet veins are super visible & I do have some sort of leg/foot circulation issue I think, they get very heavy and cold/painful and I have to warm them up in the bath/shower

I was wondering if this seems like cause for concern to get checked out or treatment?? One thing Im considering is probably compression socks but idk if that's the right thing to help?

and sometimes I'll have a vein stick up more in my foot but not always??

and it's not as prominent in the photo but I could see all those veins very clearly and very blue when i was in the shower a few mins ago

I have family history of blood clots, varicose veins, circulation issues etc and my grandma recently was in the hospital for severe blood clots in several places that she had to have surgery for,, and she tested positive for the Factor 2 mutation

so I just had all the blood tests for clots and genetic mutations and I did not test positive for Factor 2; I tested negative/normal for most of the tests (there were like 8 total)

except I tested positive for MTHFR so my dr referred me to hematology & I have an appointment later this week

but when I looked up the MTHFR mutation, it seems like its relatively common and does not necessarily indicate serious concern, just it relates to many symptoms or issues to look out for??? and Im not sure if it's directly related to the foot/leg discomfort/vein/circulation concerns?

it seems like there's a lot more discoloration of my feet/legs in the past few years

but ofc I also typically shower in hot water which is not great for the skin & I suspect I might have POTS & experience blood pooling so it could be related to that??
