Hey everyone, quick question.

Air India cancelled roughly half of my itinerary on a single booking/PNR and the email only mentions the cancellation, not any rebooking options.

(Milan - Delhi not cancelled, Delhi - Kuala Lumpur cancelled)

Can I ask to be rebooked on another Air India flight (or partner airline), or am I only entitled to a refund?

How would you handle this situation? Better to push for a rebooking or just request a full refund?

Would appreciate any recent experiences.

UPDATE: they have changed the flight. with one leaving 8 hours later… better than nothing
