I have 4 lines on Byebye promo with a payment of $60/month for all 4 lines. I used to be able to redeem 6000 points for all 4 lines each month.

But now, every time I tried to redeem, there is no option to redeem 6000 pts for all 4 lines. It only let me redeem 1 line at a time, each line would be 5500 pts. So total of 4 lines would cost 22,000 pts. I hope this is just a temporary issue, if not then it is no longer worth it to use points for plan renewal.
