My partner was a Woolworths today and grabbed these two pans with our cookware credits because we had a lot of them. Are they any good? The wok has a non stick coating but says it does contain pfas, the casserole looks as though it has no coating? Neither mention if they do or what type.
I don’t want to spend a crazy amount of money right now but my big non stick pan is absolutely dead and I need to replace it asap. I was looking at going with an enamel one as I mostly use it to cook my children tomato based pasta dishes. I have read most things don’t love tomato dishes simmered for super long periods of time so figured enamel would be the best option since I am steering away from anything with forever chemicals in it.
