Flow 2 ignore phantom carpets

My flow 2 detected an area on my hardwood floor as carpet incorrectly. I market that spot as ignore in the map management but it continues to treat that spot as a carpet and refuses to mop. I’ve asked it to vacuum the room multiple times since.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

EDIT: I managed to get it to work. Had to restart the robot a bunch of times, and ensure I update only one phantom carpet zone at a time.

EDIT2: It almost looks like there is a synchronization issue between the database for the App and the actual configuration that lives on the robot. That’s why a lot of the other folks are finding that restarting the robot is fixing issues (forces an update from the app I guess).

One time skip on the app doesn’t actually work. The schedule will show it’s skipped but the robot runs anyway.

I have a daily schedule to clean some of my rooms. However, when I see the task history, the lines representing the path the robot took to clean are missing from one of the rooms consistently. I can tell that it does clean because I see the lines in the carpet and i see it spent time in the timeline.

EDIT: If i click replay on the task history, I do see the path the robot takes. But soon after the 2nd round of cleaning (perpendicular to the first round) for the room, the lines disappear. Super weird. Maybe, it’ll happen to the first room in a schedule or because it’s carpeted.
