Hello AWS Community,

I am currently working with AWS License Manager, and my task is to create a report for Oracle licenses used in our member accounts. I set up a self-managed license to track the licenses for Oracle EE in RDS. However, even though one of the member accounts is using those databases with RDS, the self-managed license isn't tracking it—it always shows 0/100 vCPU usage.

I've activated the automated discovery rule, enabled cross-account resource discovery, and linked the organization, but I'm still not seeing any usage reflected.
