Currently on an 20mbps Stormfiber net, but I have been having issues with it, and was thinking about switching to PTCL Flash Fiber 30mbps package. Problem is, I have no real experience about PTCL and none of my friends have it, so I need advice from people who have switched to PTCL, or are using PTCL about its benefits and issues.

So just yesterday we got a HIKVISION DVR (Model iDS-7104HQHI-M1/T) and 2 Analoge 5mp Cameras, but the picture quality is too bad.

Can anyone help me with the settings as to get best quality(Atleast able to clearly see vehicle nmbr plates and faces if possible)

HELP. Any idea whats wrong? I didnt even get a crash or error message. Open post to see images.|

Intel i7 14
32gb ram
340gb storage left in drive i was installing the game in(before the installation started)
4070ti
