How to set subtitle preference to exclude "forced"
Due to hearing constraints, all movies and shows display subtitles. Often, Plex chooses "forced" subtitles, which are unhelpful in our circumstance, and we must stop playback and manually choose the desired subtitle track.
Is there a setting we've missed? Thanks!
