Diamond Calk Horseshoe Co 8/10 wrench
Found under a basement sump pump in the early 90's. It had so much buildup of gunk and crust that I didn't even know it was a wrench. Tossed it in the yard. Months later, I started chipping away at it. Took days/weekks of WD-40 and other noxious stuff. Lots of garage time. Then took more work to get it operational. Score! Couldn't figure how to post 2 pics so the other side below.

OK. Just got my delivery of Tirzepatide from the VA on Thursday. Yeah, it was a hard sell to get it. LOL. Background story. Six years ago, I weighed 380. Im 6'2" 70yo and can't really exercise much. Lung stuff. During Covid, I didn't just do the sourdough thing like a lot of peeps. I quit going to Dollar General and getting mass quantities of 2 liter sodas, salty/sweet snacks and chocolate twice a week. Lost 100 lbs over 2 years or so on my own. Still a very big boy. VA gave me phentermine. Lost another 30. Wooo! 250. My heart did NOT agree that I should keep doing that. Gained the 30 back. Oh well. Then joined a VA healthy eating group Learned that veggies aren't that bad. THEN got on wegovy from my civilian doc. Down to 240. Stalled there. Had to quit for a week or 2 a couple times for surgical procedures. Got cut off by the insurance in January '26 like a lot of people. My main question is that I want to start the shots on a Sunday night. I still like to cook for fam and friends on the weekend. BUT, I got called out today to a party. Ate A LOT. Drank A LOT today. So, with that information, if I slam my first dose into my belly tonight, am I going to projectile vomit?
