hello!

i have a canadian born ancestor, she is extremely well documented, my grandma's grandma essentially. there's just one problem!

she's a *step* grandma, technically. and while i could make a clear line from her to me, would it even count? i've seen absolutely NOTHING on this, just a vague "she's your ancestor? you qualify." but she's not my *blood* ancestor. she immigrated to america, married my grandma's grandfather, raised their kids, etc.

i want so badly, more than anything, for this to count. but no one will tell me without shilling out hundreds of dollars or drowning in convoluted FAQs.

so is it *all* ancestors? truly all?

i'm reading my vedic astrology chart and it just isn't accurate at all. everything else just sounds so... not me. serious, hardworking, warrior spirit, leader, money maker, successful, etc etc. it's not me at all! i'm a broke crybaby! other important context is that i am not heterosexual. i like men and would like my gender to stay irrelevant.

what i'm mainly concerned about is my 7th house lord, which is in my 11th house, and i've broken down every reason why it's wrong.

"Since you are a Cancer ascendant then you’ll have Saturn as the lord of the 7th house, in which case you’ll attract relationships with people who have a serious outlook towards life."

absolutely not! my life has been nothing but doom, gloom and trauma. why on earth would i want to attract someone who is that serious?

"The spouse would be someone who is senior to you in age or mature in life."

fine. whatever. i really don't like old people.

"The spouse would treat marriage as a responsibility..."

that sounds like my own personal hell. i'm a hopeless romantic with rigid thinking, i refuse to marry someone who would treat that as a responsibility. i will marry for love and nothing less.

"...and for that reason would bring a lot of stability into your married life. Since Saturn is in the sign of Taurus, the spouse would have high aspirations but would be successful after a lot of hard work."

that sounds fine, but boring! boooo!!

"Both you and your spouse would value money and would be conservative. The spouse would be working as an administrator, a treasurer, or something similar."

this sounds like the absolute LAST thing i want???? i'm not sure what conservative means in this context, i'm sure it doesn't mean politically, but i have no other way of reading it, and literally nothing about me can even be described as conservative, nor would I EVER want ANYONE like that. admin, treasurer... it all sounds so painstakingly BORING.

"Since the lord of the 7th house is Saturn, which is the slowest moving planet, you are going to be married in your late twenties or thirties."

makes sense, i prefer to marry after my saturn return.

so what gives? sorry for such juvenile phrasing but i'm literally so confused right now. everyone praises vedic astrology for its accuracy but it just isn't doing it for me. can somebody PLEASE help? Am i seriously doomed to marry the most boring man to ever bore me in the history of boredom?
