can you store item i mean bring it to pipe factory, recycle and produce pipes, store pipes on it instead go to garage?

i go to sand areas and it can't work

i was playing road craft last year

when i recover my vehicles to tarage no recovery point consume

but on reclaim when i recover it cosume point

any idea to fix it

and how i earn recover point on some mission it reward right

what benefit i get if i get year 1 pass?

or spare 10 dollar and purchase reclaim
