Anyone know what a career path for people in capital planning would look like? My current role is working on capital improvement plan for the state.

If I want to pivot to consulting in the future, what will the job title / career path look like for consulting sector equivalent?

I guess another question would be would you say capital planning is a bit more high level than doing transportation design? In a sense it will be more interesting??
