Hi, I have been grinding my teeth quite relentlessly for a few years now and its only gotten worse, I cannot afford a $700 night guard from my dentist so I was checking online about websites that off cheaper ones like less than $200 range, and was curious if anyone has tried any and had good luck with them? Ex- remi, dental lab, say cheese, those sites have great ratings but I dont want to waste money before getting an opinion.
