The top one is birch and laser cut into shape, the two bockenholz ones were originally the same shape but had to shape them around cracks, I think they ended up looking way better. Bokkenholz is also an extremely dense tree, so the handle being narrow doesn't matter one bit.

Finished with parafin oil.
