dSense banned. Trying to start fresh on a new email, but worried about device tracking
Hi everyone,
My original AdSense account got permanently disabled like 6 years ago which was used on an Android app. I want to start over with a brand new YouTube channel on a different email, and apply for a new AdSense account. However, I have already logged into both the old (banned) email and the new email on the same laptop and phone. Will Google's system flag the MAC address/IP and ban the new AdSense as a related account when I try to verify it? Is there any safe way to do this?
