A Better Place Than Me captures a nostalgic 90s vibe while staying true to their current sound. The EP combines catchy songwriting with slacker-rock textures and distorted guitars reminiscent of Dinosaur Jr., Built to Spill, and Pavement. It also incorporates melodic pop sensibilities similar to Superdrag and Jimmy Eat World.
