I was checking potting mix options online (Amazon etc.), and honestly most of them look very similar

All claim:
good drainage
perfect for plants
premium quality

But I’ve heard people say:
Some mixes become hard over time
some stay too wet
some just don’t work well

So I’m curious - how do you actually decide which one to buy?
