.’m relatively new to Portugal and am enjoying cooking more Mediterranean style. What are the olive oils I should be looking for, both for frying/sauteing and for salads, dips, etc? I’ve been doing internet searches but coming up a bit short. Lisbon, if it matters. Im currently using Herdade de Esparão extra virgin.
Also, I would love to learn more about olive growing, pressing, the entire process, so if anyone has any suggestions for that, I’d appreciate that as well.
