So I am currently an undergrad graduating in May and I have a job offer lined up. I applied for OPT but I am unfortunately part of the 39 countries so my adjudication is up in the air.

Would there be a way for me to ask my DSO to extend my program for a year and use one year of CPT to work my job and then go to OPT if the pause is lifted by then??
