Hi everyone! I’m looking for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment (2k/month max) as I transition from being a medical student to starting residency training. I need to be out of my current place by June 7th. I’ve been a student for the past 4 years and lived in the same apartment complex during that time with a solid rental history, no evictions, and consistent on-time payments.

Looking for something clean, safe, and reasonably close to the hospital/commutable area (Westchester Medical Center). Ideally, the place has been remodeled.
